Need to find Recent Program

I've been trying to find a recent program that featured the Apache Oil Co. in Canada using CO2 and water pressure to bind remaining oil molecules for exploitation. The by-product went to a U.S. company that made a green product using river water. The water returned to the river was cleaner than the water taken out. The program also featured a large "green" building that recycled water for cooling and had other features of interest. The building manager invited people who might be interested in building similar projects to come see what they had done and challenged them to "do them one better". If you could give me the title of the program and information on how to order a copy, I would be most grateful.
