I would like to know how to get this episode via phone or online. Also the Cpl Benton J Broussard who is talked about in this episode was not a french canadian. He was my grandmothers uncle my great great uncle from New Iberia Louisiana. Just wanted to let yall know that the information about him given on that episode is not correct for future reference. Thank you so much for your time. Tammy Bergeron

Tammy, just saw the segment on 'The Military Channel.' They still have not changed the French-Canadien terminology. It is now late 2009. One of the problems (aside from simply not wanting to change things -- I do think it is a general malaise -- a program produced by an outside source: "Ahhhh why waste the effort when we can just pass it off as -- 'We can't do anything about it.'" At any rate, it is unlikely to be changed, EVER. Your only hope to stop the misinformation (due to laziness and lack of caring on the part of 'HC') is if some other program comes along and supercedes the one with the issues. I would want to say this though, your relative will ALWAYS have two women in Graignes that will be forever grateful for what Corporal Broussard did.
