One need only to look at the writings of Henry Ford to know Hitler's mind-set. He was an admirer of Ford's philosophy of racial purity and based most of his hair-brained ideas about world domination and Jewish conspiracies on ideas espoused by Henry in his books and news articles. In fact, Mr. Ford, like Charles Lindberg, admired Hitler and was one of his first financial supporters. Early in is career, Hitler kept a large photograph of Ford on the wall behind his desk and kept a set of Ford's books and publications in his office. Moreover, many of Hitler's ideas about the treatment of Jews in Europe were founded upon his understanding of the American approach to the "Indian Problem" in our country. You don't have to read Heigle's dialectic or Rosenberg's rantings to know Hitler's mind. Start with Henry Ford and you will discover more than you would want to know.

"Mein Kampf" contains several references to potential assassinations. Very interesting to see that Hitler foresaw the many attempts on his life way before taking power. The July 20th Plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler: http://bit.ly/Adolf_Hitler

I tried reading it, and I didn't get past several chapters. It was a difficult book to read and understand. Plus there are words and terms in German which have no English translations. I'm sorry. But the Rise and Fall of the Third Reich by William Shirer was more easily understandable. -GINO -- "God Bless and God Speed to our Boys who are now overseas."
