There are two in my view. No.1 Wondertwin Zan(Form of "Bucket of Water", really only useful for fighting Electro and The Wicked Witch of the West!).
No.2 The Whizzer: Let me see, blood transfusion from a Mongoose, wore a bright yellow costume. Strange how he never caught on!

Anyone remember the Human Fly???
He was back in the 70's he basically was a stuntman. The story line was a bit weak. I was a kid at the time and thought he was cool but when i look at those old issues I now realize he was pretty weak.
Dial H for Hero was an interesting concept but it was mishandled and became pretty lame.
Also ROM the Spaceknight...I remeber that book but man it seemed kind of ridiculous.

I always find it interesting when you have lame superheroes simply because they are idiots. Speedball, who can control kinetic energy, and Hydro-Man would both be really powerful if they were a little brighter (even though hydro-man isnt really a hero.

If anybody remembers the"golden Age" of
comics there was a character called the "Red Tornado" (not the JLA android) who wore an iron pot for a mask, a white towel for a cape , and red cotton longjohns...he was also an overweight she....oh there was also a guy named Mr. Terrific, who had the words "fair play " on his chest....they were lame.

Maybe the Whizzer's name worked against him. Never read the comic, but for some reason I get a mental image of some kid trying to write his name in the snow....

Anybody remember "The Silver Surfer"? Beach dude who liked to hang 10 in between fighting the bad guys. Like wow, too laid back, man.
