Man's own ability to motovate others to ATTACK other humans for many differant and obscured reasons - food, land, up hold honor / LIES , wealth - oil, gold, gems, and of course control of the WORLD. id say a sub they can go to the outskirts or a nation and then boom kill faster then all other weapon without the mass chaos of an a bomb and with less risk to are men airplanes are at risk for the fact they can be shot out of the sky with one bullet so what i think is the best weapon of war would be the sub for the things they can do

i agree with you, about the human nature part, but when i made my opinion i was thinking more to the mechanical side, but your right a gun is nothing without the human mind.
