Lets face it folks. It is not the weapon that changes a battle field, but the mind that is using the weapon. No weapon will ever develop itself nor its tactics, it takes the human mind to do that. The most effective weapon ever will always be the mind as you can make a weapon out of anything, and with time more advanced weapons can be built. No matter what the material weapon held or used it will always come down to the mind and what it knows to change the battle field or war.

Absolutely correct! The human mind, perhaps I should say the male human mind, has always devised terrible ways, weapons and instruments to kill themselves.

I briefed over to fast and was going to win until I reviewed closer and saw PierreRichards answer, as I was going to say "The ability of SELF thought". He won as he was there first w/ the correct answer!

Thank you. In every acount on the subject I have read, a number of things have always been listed in cluding gunpowder, but they always come back to the human mind as the number one answer. Funny how something that can create such beauty can also create such horror... Truth is as fleeting as the wind, but it is always there.

Yah, but you guys are talking about developing weapons, not the weapons themselves.

Totally agree. The mind is the most precious resource we have. It is a shame we use it for aggression at all. Maybe one day when we are able to use more than 10-12% of it, we'll make more bread and less weapons.
