Humiliation is it a weapon or punishment?

I think to many have forgotten 9/11. These are the same people who tortured their owen people. They did not care who they were, they just did what they wanted to do. So if humiliation is what it takes to fined out what happened. Then it is a weapon we need to use. All the bleeding hearts need to take the blinders off and see the whole picture.
