chinese security camera catches morphing orb close up

ive heard all these talks about shining morphing balls of light of some sort in ufo sightings.. but i think this is the first time i've seen a credible video close up shot.. too bad you guys don't understand chinese, but i think this clip i just saw on youtube is an interesting watch anyway.

I caught some with my own camera. The orbs are neat...expanding and contracting...would really like to know why they do that.
