Wow. I really started something, didn't I?

I like the show. I think it's interesting to see other jobs being done. I was a zookeeper for 40 years. My work sure changed a lot in all that time.

Sandhog 147, I don't think I said anything negative about the show or the sandhogs. Morgan is a cutie and more my age :) and seems like a very capable man.

What would be cool since there are no new episodes how about putting a Live Cam down in the tunnels so we fans can watch them work 24hrs/7days a week . like Earthcam does

The latest letters we received said they would continue the the rest of the shows but did not say when. Guess all we can do is keep checking the site and the TV listings.

Episode 8 aired on 11/1/08! set your tivo's & dvr's! I LOVED the episode with Eddie Greenan (episode 5). My Dad is a good friend of his. They started out together. It was awesome watching that episode as I met Eddie many times. I'm proud of you Eddie!!!!!

I take it that none of the new faithful viewers of NON-HISTORY watched "The Plot to Kill Hitler" ? I guess not enough "history" content- prefer "......we just broke through to a one hundred year old tunnel. You can't tell me thats not "history" !!!!!!"

IMHO this show and all the others like it, such as Ax Men, Ice Road Truckers, and the like should not be a "reality show" on the History Channel. Where I would absolutely agree an hour long program would have been great to explore the actual history and contribution of these occupations. I'm not looking for a job when im watching history I want to learn about history. To say that this show and other are teaching history when a drill bit breaks or a saw is stolen would be the same thing as hoping to learn about history watching people walk down my street! I'm sure my street had something going on in the early 1900's watching it now does not teach me about it.
