Sandhogs not on Schedule. ?????????

Show not on this Sunday and I checked schedule it not on for the next few weeks also. There has been a lot of flack about the show on the job sites.So I think it may not be on anymore or some re-editing being done. Some have lost their jobs already. As I've said before this was a bad job of filming the sandhogs.Its a shame because they are the best bunch of guys to work with , just a shame they talked to the wrong ones.

Then go buy and read a book, ok? Your negativity is appalling. This show is all about history.
It's amazing, to someone like me, to see a TV series about a 100 year old brotherhood who have built the nation's biggest city from the ground up. (or down.)
And who are still doing it! This is a remarkable look into living history. (Get a life, and maybe you'd understand.)

I would love to see a show about their 100 year history, not a reality show. Also if you check my posts I do not discriminate against shows. I also attacked History (or lack of) Hacker today. I have a problem period with shows that have a lack of historic content. This is not living history, It that is what you call living history, than the Mailman is living history too.

Some guys were fired for being on the air? Wasn't this approved beforehand? I would like to know more about this, too. Have you got the skinny?

Just found it on Friday at 11PM.
No they were not fired for being on the show,just some actions they did on show. Rules and regulations of job sites.Glad it still showing the series.

Thanks for your reply. I really like this show, as I do all the shows that depict people at work. I know the producers sort of messed up the Ice Road truckers trying to make it look more dangerous than it really was. It's a shame some got fired but rules and regs are there for a reason, I guess.

Nobody has lost a job due to the show.There has been a bit of flack but it isnt anything we cant handle ourselves.The series seems to be getting OK reviews and from what Ive seen it can only get better as it progresses.
Wait till the last episode before drawing conclusions about the whole series.IMHO I find mining much more interesting than watching people drive trucks on ice.I drive on ice just getting to my Sandhog job sometimes.

I dont know how some men were fired because a release was sent out to each and every man to sign and return back aproximately 6 weeks before they stared to film. with letter.

You are very savy so do you have any ideas why the HC changed the day and time of the show? No warning - no advertisement saying "stayed tune for a new time, etc." Very weird...no? The sandhogs are also off the front page of their website. Is this the norm? Did they do the same for the IRT and the other reality shows? Are they looking for a target audience? Why are spiders replacing the hogs? This seems so wrong.
Friday night at 11 seems like a bum time for a hit show. Sunday at 9 (not 10) would be much better. Interested in your reply.......

Looks to be after Friday show its not on the Schedule at all. I have to check with few who might know and post if I find out anything. I have a few ideas as to why but can't say until I check it out. Shame if series not going to finish.
