What do you think would happen if Russia lost World War 2 and was dropped out in the middle of the game? Would the allies have lost the war? Would the Americans have too go and surrender and pay tribute too the Nazi Party? Would the World fall in the hands of the nazi?

Hmmmmm I wonder if it would really be that bad?

.....

wow that was a stupid thought... ^.^

One must remember that the US and UK still were dominating the seas which would make a seaborne attack on either the UK or the US suicidal. Thus I don't see how there could have been a defeat for either the US or UK. However, if the USSR was knocked out of the war, that would mean a massive shift in resources against the UK and US on land, and this would make the fighting that much more difficult probably to the point of making a negotiated settlement with Germany likely.

One problem there, Hitler was on the verge of nuclear power and the rockets, jets, long guns, etc. We'd be sprechen ze deutch!

Hitler was not on the verge of Nuclear Power, as Germany had no atomic program during WWII. ( Read up on the Farm Hall Transcripts)

Germany's rockets were a HUGE waste of resource, which made them good for the Allies! The rockets were dismal failures as weapons.

The UK had an active SQUADRON of jet fighters before Germany did, German jet engines were of an inferior design and Germany lacked the high quality alloys neccessary to build long-lasting engines.

"Long guns"? If you are talking about the "Super guns"? another waste of resource.

The original question is too broad, it depends on WHEN Russia would have fallen. BUT, try to imagine what would have happened to germany had they held out until after Japan had surrendered?

Add the American USMC, the B29, and Pacific Fleet into the mix! Add in the fact that Germany could not have garrisoned Russia with very much success...

"What if" situations are fun, but Germany loses in those too...
