Friends, I have heard the bible has discrepancies in it, such as the 4 gospels. However has anyone here every witnessed a crime and wrote a report regarding what they saw? For eight years I worked the street as a cop and wrote many reports as well as reading those of my partners who saw the same incident. Some "smart" attorney would call into question the reports if their were not identical because of "discrepancies". However, given each officers different training, background, etc would the reports read exactly the same? Or would each report written from the individual officers view, when taken in totality along with the other reports show a broader more accurate version of what happened? Judge for yourself. It is based on different accounts of Jesus. Luke based it on what he learned from Mary. Matthew and MArk are from the Q source and John is a totally different point of view.

the 4 gospels you refer to are entirely hearsay. the first one was written some 40 or 50 years after the death of jesus by person or persons unknown...gospels according "TO" not "BY"
