The lions in that movie with Val Klimer and Michael Douglas"Ghost and the Darkness" had no manes. This sounds like these lions had problems and had gender problems.

Maybe they're not males? Lionesses don't have the mane that male lions have.

phantom lions are a species of big cat that are very aggressive and very large... they have been reported in America on several cases and they always flee from the police in the forests.
