Why doesn't your "Presidents" Forum work?

It's completely blank.
And why in the world wouldn't you have an "American History" forum?
There are dozens of peace time policy issues in American history, but there's no place to comment on them.
Immigration issues, historical figures, foreign policy issues, remote wars during peace time, etc.... None of these fall into a category.
