What has become of my beloved show?

Apr 27, 2007 8:30 PM
Mail Call has not been on for several weeks now. Without any anouncement or statement from the History channel. As a matter of fact they seem to continue to advertise the fact that it will be on this coming Friday each and every week. Yet, it is NEVER ON! What's up with this????
I tune in each Friday at 10PM and then again at 11PM then at midnite, just to make sure that I don't miss it. Afterall, sometimes the History Channel has adjusted the air time from 10 to 11 or even midnite in the past without any notice. Why has this show been treated so poorly all of a sudden? Dogfight has been on each week at it's regularly scheduled time. Mail Call is supposed to be following that show. However, for nearly a month it has not been there, or anywhere else for that matter.
I think the public deserves an answer, and that includes me!
Does anyone else miss this show? I hope so, and if you do then please reply to this message. Just a simple, quick note stating that you want equal air time for Mail Call. It may get the message across to the decision makers of the History Channel. Even just playing some reruns from time to time would suffice when the show is between seasons.
Afterall, there are some shows that they play over and over and over again. Why not offer up some episodes of Mail Call for us fans and drop a couple of episodes of Modern Marvels for instance. Not that I dislike Modern Marvels, it is simply that I have seen every episode aired and rerun many times over.
Mail Call is supposed to be on this Friday, May 4th, at its NEW time of 11PM. Well, let's hope this is true.
Thank you all for reading this 'rant'. I usually don't get involved in many message boards, however I miss this show and it bothers me that the History Channel doesn't even mention anything about the shows hiatus for the past month.

Yeah, I am afraid that the History Channel has a habit of randomly pulling shows- yet it still makes it look like they are on the air. I hate that. They have done it with several of my favourite shows. Sorry, buddy.
