I'm quite surprised that The History Channel actively practices discrimination. They (and others) have designated February as "Black History Month". Where is "Red History Month" for our Native Americans, or "Yellow History Month" for our Asian brothers? For that matter, how about "White History Month" for the rest of us who are rapidly becoming the minority of the American population?

This is a little late but I just found it , so, there.... I "Personally" agree with you about having or establishing months for "ALL" of the cultures that occupy this country as American Citizens. although, I would refer to them as "Free Citizens" of a free country because "This" country was already free that is until it was "Invaded" by other European countries and basically stole it and put irt in chains or it's people were robbed and put in prisons, killed, raped... you get he idea. Having to "Label" each culture for a given month is Okey with me as long as you include them all and just the few who think they own it. RFJ1

Why discriminate on what color you are? Lets just make a new book and call it American history month. White people who care about history are just like any other color that realy cares about it. If you realy care about history you'll even care about the white americans that were discriminated against until they outnumbered the discriminators. Catholics love you and so do the Irish so don't feel you have nothing in common with the whites.
