But if anyone seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the churches of God.
Seems all the Christians in here are "Contentious" toward each other.

You are correct and I have realized this. I guess that I should just put it out there and not respond to no one,
That way I have shown them, accept the scripture or not, but I will not talk you into it. You will be responsible for your own rejection of the scripture or acceptance according to what is written. All that matters is what is written, and the truth of what it really says. Not what I say, but what does scripture say.

1 Corinthians 13:8 Love never fails. But whether there are [gifts of] prophesying, they will be done away with; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will be done away with. 9 For we have partial knowledge and we prophesy partially; 10 but when that which is complete arrives, that which is partial will be done away with
There are no modern day prophets and no "speaking in tongues"

Ungodly gain, or seeking riches to feed your own face only is not of God. But you do error in your scripture because wealth or poverty both come from God. It is all according to your spiritual maturity and your integrity rather you prosper in wealth as, the earth is the Lords and the fullness there of. What does God need with all of the gold and silver? Could it be for his righteous man who has dominion over the earth? Those who love and obey His Word/Christ?

I am able to receive a correction and see my faults and acknowledge no matter who shows it to me that all that gets accomplished on this forum is disbelief in scripture and name calling and back biting, and that I am not helping this situation but am contributing to it. I was not commenting on what the scripture meant, but the fact that we get nothing accomplished but squabbles.
