There were 5 characters next door in my neighbor's yard:
1) Jackass jailbird renter of neighbor friend
2) Ex-Con/ Brother of Neighbor
3) Girlfriend of #2
4) Neighbor friend
5) Myself
1 rolls in in the dark with an attitude to get some of his belongings out of his bedroom, while 2 and 4 try to dissuade him due to the electric being turned off.. "Come back tomorrow" says 4.
But 2 and 1 start having words together and 1 will not leave satisfied.
So 2 and 1 start flailing arms at each other while 5 grabs 1 and pulls him away trying to break up fight.
So 2 comes toward 1 and continues wailing while 5 throws 1 away from arms length and catches an accidental punch to his own jaw by 2 in a futile attempt to break up a fight, that would surely violate 1 AND 2's probation.
1 and 2 then go at it on the ground while 4 and 5 give up attempts to reconcile 1 and 2.
Suddenly 3 tries to get between 1 and 2 and takes a pop-knot on head.
1 finally leaves after a pretty good whoopin' from 2, but not before 1 seeks to make amends with 2, to no avail.
3 is later consoled by 2 for pop-knot and 2 consoled by 3 for defending family honor.

Yep. Some things never change.
I don't know if #1 is gonna come back around and get his stuff now, but we all tried to get him to be reasonable and show up when HE SAYS IS GOING TO.
He always was a pest though, and would show up at various neighbor's homes to get them to do things at the spur of the moment.
He was seeing people in the road one day last spring who weren't even there, so they took him to the mental hospital.
Pill-freaks are special, and the Vodka habit had also left him dehydrated. He thought G.W. was still President and that the date was February, 2010.
He was only there for a week !

Mixing pills and alcohol is never a very good idea. Doesn't matter if the pills are downers or uppers.
