Since Paul didnt talk to Jews and Gentiles stopped existing when they became Christians.
He must be comparing Christians to Pagans.
1. "It is reported commonly (Commonly?) that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the "Pagans", that one should have his father's wife."
A saved Christian Fornicator, waiting for a bodily resurrection in the day of the Lord Jesus?

Paul doesnt even require the fornicaters to repent for their spirit to be saved.
Once saved always saved.
No need to go to any seminary school to read that.
Baptists got it correct?

I think that YOU need to read the whole thing, so that you can see that, this person is to be cast out of the church or repent and sin no more.
The heavenly kingdom is not the same as those who will inherit the rest of the earth, the meek, who did not make the heavenly Jerusalem by being worthy, but did believe unto salvation. Those will be the saved nations outside of the city Jerusalem when she, the bride ascends down. The promised land.
1 Cor 5:12-6:1
12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?
13 But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

They got cast out and they didnt REPENT. Their Spirit will be saved in the Day of The Lord Jesus Christ.
Ya see, Paul read Ecclesiastes 12:7.

You see here that there are 3 groups:
Those who will inherit the heavenly Jerusalem and live in her, found worthy to walk in white with their brother Christ.
Rev 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
These in 15 are the saved nations who live outside because they could not overcome the flesh, but did believe unto salvation. Notice it does not say the unbelieving?
15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Now notice it names all of the sins mentioned in 15 for those saved but must live outside of the bride(saved nations), but there are 3 added to this list of those who go into the lake of fire. Fearful(take the mark), UNBELIEVERS, and the abominable!
Rev 21:8
8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
