Are ALL Cops just plain stupid, or do they too have friends that do this stuff alot ? :
"Rodell Vereen was caught by a surveillance camera sneaking into the Lazy B stables and taking advantage of one of the horses.
Barbara Kenley, owner of the stables, had set up the camera after having had previous problems with Vereen. He was caught last year with the same exact horse! At the time he pleaded guilty and was only given probation.
However, Kenley had her suspicions he was back, and set up the camera in July. “Police kept telling me it couldn’t be the same guy,” Kenley said. “I couldn’t believe that there were two guys going around doing this to the same horse.”"

“Hopefully he won’t get out,” said Kenley, owner of the Lazy B Stables in Conway, S.C. “My goal is to get him away from me and my property.”
I doubt very seriously that she or her property will be safe from this guys wiley ways: the horse's name is "Sugar".

I don't know.
Somehow I don't think "Sugar" will have 3 legs to stand on in a court of law.
Unless, maybe Mr.Ed could defend her position.

There was a case in 2005 in Washington state of a farm that advertised on the internet to have six with animals. Washington has no b eastiality laws. It only came to light when one man was brought to the hospital dead from having his colon perferated by a horse.
