Well I would like to thank you all, especially Fin and AC, for not pointing out my embarassing blunder with loud guffaws of chiding laughter, but after blindly stumbling through the maze of partisan, biased, and sloppily prepared websites I finally stumbled upon the ACTUAL court docket and the actual filings of which there are eighteen in total.
The only court decision shown on the docket is the denial of the original motion dated Aug-1-08 docket number 4. This is shown by the gavel icon in the filing discription, and the judges signature on the actual document.
All the other documents have no such icon or signature, showing no decision on those filings as of this date. So at this time, the petition for a restraining order against Obama is denied.
Although not a 'ruse' it is most certainly a disgusting sham, and a total waste of valuable court resourses.
