Re: For reb -the Obama birth certificate

I posted this on his other thread, but I'll do it here too, to make sure Reb sees it.... Reb, The court has yet to reconize it as a valid BIRTH CERTIFICATE and you know it. If it was a true and valid birth certificate it would not have went any further. No, the court doesn't. It will never get that far. You just wish it were so.... So go to a genealogy website. You'll find the record there, I think. At this point and time it would be up to the courts to decide. A GIANT waste of taxpayer's money. A ruse. By the time it would actually GET to court, he'll already have been president for a while. Nothing will come of this Reb. Waste of time. You are so dead-set against Obama, it's going to make you sick. Will we all see you on the news someday being dragged off by SS agents and CIA after trying to kill him? Screaming, "He's a TERRORIST! He's the anti-Christ! Why won't you listen to me!" headed for a padded cell?

>]Nothing to argue about it's up to the court to > force obama to submit a certified BIRTH > CERTIFICATE. You're not following us. Two websites have already mentioned this... There were two filings in the Philip J Berg lawsuit on Tuesday, October 7, 2008. A legal source I spoke to a few minutes ago said that court contacts indicated they had no merit. Repeat, I have no official response from Philip J Berg on these filings. -- Laughter is carbonated holiness

Nothing to argue about it's up to the court to force obama to submit a certified BIRTH CERTIFICATE. And, as I said before, by that time he'll already BE president. You t;hink they'd make him do that? Not a chance. We couldn't get BUSH in court to answer for his crimes about the war........no reason to drag Obama into court because some WHACKO thinks he wasn't born in this country. You've lost Reb. It's a done deal. He's already supplied his birth certificate and it's been accepted. The court won't even meet on this one. Give it up......

Here's a little something about Philip Berg... http://www.law.com/jsp/article.jsp?id=1122023117263 Finding that a Pennsylvania lawyer had committed a "laundry list of unethical actions," a federal judge has imposed more than $10,000 in sanctions and ordered the lawyer to complete six hours of ethics training. U.S. District Judge J. Curtis Joyner's 10-page opinion in Holsworth v. Berg is packed with criticism of the conduct of attorney Philip Berg of Lafayette Hill, Pa. "Other attorneys should look to Mr. Berg's actions as a blueprint for what not to do when attempting to effectively and honorably perform the duties of the legal profession," Joyner wrote. Oh and I forgot.... Berg is a 9/11 conspiracy theorist. -- Laughter is carbonated holiness

Read jpeter's post, Reb. It hasn't been filed, it won't go anywhere. It is moot. This idiot just wants to stir everything up. And YOU fell for it. You ALWAYS fall for this stuff, as long as it is against Obama. How many here are agreeing with you? NONE. Figure it out.....

A 9/11 conspiracy theorist with a bad ethical record in his law practice who happens to be a Geroge Wallace-type democrat is.... nobody I'd be interest in going to the polling booth with. I have about as much in common with him and you have with George Will. -- Laughter is carbonated holiness
