He's seen it already. He has just decided that it isn't real, and that his so-called court case is going to go forward. I guess he thinks Obamacrimes.com is the last word in objective news. -- Laughter is carbonated holiness

Thanks for this thread, Fin. It's a no-brainer that Obama's a US citizen by birth. As far as McCain goes: He is ALSO a US citizen by birth because US military installations around the world are territories of the US within non-territories just like US Embassies are. For example: I lived and worked in Venezuela in the 1970s and whenever I had occasion to enter the US Embassy in Cauracus [the Capital city], I stepped out of Venezuela and into the US. And I must say, there had been times when it was good to "be home". -- Luther admitted in 1528: "We confess that under the papacy there is...the whole Christianity...has from thence come to us. We confess...the papacy possesses the genuine Scriptures, genuine baptism, the genuine sacrament of the altar, the genuine keys for the remission of sins, the true ministry, the true catechism, the Ten Commandments, the articles of the Creed, the Lord's Prayer. I say...under the Pope is the true Christendom...the very élite of Christendom, and many pious and great saints."

Okay, so he was born in the US. That still doesn't mean that Obama is a Human. -- In loyalty to their kind they cannot tolerate our mind In loyalty to our kind we cannot tolerate their obstruction

Right, Twilly. As an aside, one of Berg's nutty arguments is that Obama is not a CITIZEN if he was born in Kenya. As a person who was born abroad to an American mother, I can attest to the fact that one normally has joint citizenship, at least until the age of 18 when one chooses or becomes an American citizen by default. The exception happens to be the country of my birth, which doesn't seem to care one whit that I live in America and have an American passport. I'm still a Swedish citizen with all the rights and privileges that entails. Go figure! -- I will keep confronting her on her childish, narcissistic behavior until I get bored.

> Right, Twilly. As the MOG knows. > As an aside, one of Berg's nutty arguments is that > Obama is not a CITIZEN if he was born in Kenya. IF. Fact is, though, he has a valid US certificate of birth. Therefore, all the "ifs" cannot negate this fact. BTW: Imagine the chaos for those of us born in the United States IF our valid US birth certificates were rendered "invalid" by this nonsense. > As a person who was born abroad to an American > mother, I can attest to the fact that one normally > has joint citizenship, at least until the age of 18 > when one chooses or becomes an American citizen by > default. Exactly. Dual citizenship. My first child was conceived while we were in Venezuela BUT we returned to the US before her birth in order to secure her solid US citizenship so that (1) there would be no question for her, (2) so she wouldn't HAVE to decide or depend upon a "default" decision, an option which can change at the drop of a hat, and (3) so that the "rule" regarding the US citizenship of the parents wouldn't matter, especially if that rule suddenly changed. In other words, we took no chances As it has turned out regarding the current "leadership" of Venezuela and any possible war which might break out between us and them [over oil, a repeat "reason"], I'm glad we returned for her birth. The possibility of war...even though not evident then...weighed heavily upon me at that time. > The exception happens to be the country of my birth, > which doesn't seem to care one whit that I live in > America and have an American passport. I'm still a > Swedish citizen with all the rights and privileges > that entails. Go figure! Well...as long as war doesn't break out between the US and Sweden, or as long as Sweden does not become an ally in war with those who are at war against us....your status as far as Sweden sees it is.....well..."kosher". Earth to reb.... This argument sounds like the lasp gasp of the loosing side... Also, he served in the Illinois Senate which also requires U.S. and state citizenship. Don't you think this would have come up before now? -- Religion is for people who are afraid of going to hell. Spirituality is for people who have been there. You missed the point. He already had to do that when he ran in Illinois. -- Religion is for people who are afraid of going to hell. Spirituality is for people who have been there.
