Child - NOBODY EVER saw anyone that was recognized as Jesus-in-the-flesh! Not Mary Magdalene, not the apostles, nobody. They didn't know him from Adam. They didn't believe that the person they were with was Jesus. And so, it wasn't his body that was resurrected, unless he borrowed several different ones. (And that is "mediumship", isn't it, just what the OT forbids?) Child, there is a reason why Ponzi schemes and shell games and con men thrive. It is called gullibility, and you seem to have that quality. Why do you believe things that are ridiculous and impossible, that nobody has ever seen, demonstrated, measured, tracked, videod, etc? You know, I've seen David Blaine, the magician, 'levitate'. It's a trick. Jesus did 'miracles'. So do itinerant preachers, so did the Magi, like Simon Magus. Our word "magician' comes from that time period. You're basing your behavior on the very shaky testimony of uneducated people from a credulous age, where nobody was testing the 'miracles'. Maybe it would be wise to think twice about what you accept as truth.

cog >> I am not talking about regular sins, the things Christians do knowing that it's wrong, and against what they believe in.<< You mean things like torture, aka enhanced interrogation? Or voluntarily joining in unnecessary warfare against those of other religions? Or simply being a hypocritical, family values, conservative, Xtian politician? >> It's the things they profess to believe, teach others, and do as a RESULT of their religious beliefs.<< Do you mean religious beliefs that have been taught to them by biblical scripture such as, "You shall not permit a witch to live"? >> There are people who are NOT Christians, who claim to be, in order to prey on the naive, take their money, and control them.<< I believe those people are called "the clergy". Was it taught as the right thing to do by their church? Did they believe it was what God wanted them to do? The Amish are a fringe group to begin with, their beliefs in separation and religious doctrine against technology are not exactly Christian. I would need more info to make a judgment. -- I will defend to the death your right to offend me.
