Catholics not only threw out the 2nd commandment but also the 4th as well

Nov 6, 2009 12:33 PM
Not only did Catholics officially throw out the second commandment (no graven images) but they somehow managed to officially throw out the fourth commandment also, "Remember the Sabbath day and keep it Holy".

They officially forgot the Sabbath day, they just "forgot" that God the Father Almighty very clearly said that it was to be on Saturday.

Those zany Catholics and their assumption that the bible was written in pencil and that they alone wielded the eraser to edit it however they see fit.

So now it has become a world wide tradition, and the whole world now suffers because of their irreverence to God's implicit instructions.

The Catholics alone bear sole responsibility for this grievous sin being started in the first place and the whole world pays the price for the chronic violation of the fourth commandment.

Constantine unilaterally changed the Sabbath day from the Father's designated day of Saturday to Sunday to commemorate the pagan "sun god" Apollo.

In fact on all the coins he minted after his so called "conversion" he put both the cross of Christianity and the crown of the 'Sol Invictus', the pagan Sun god cult symbol on the back of each coin. Hmm..

The Catholics are the ones who began this sin and they therefore also bear sole responsibility for it being perpetuated and foisted on the whole world yet until this very day.

God just wrings his hands about it, much like he would like to wring the Catholic's necks for spitting in his face yet again on this subject.

You're CORRECT! I can't add a jot or a tittle, to your post. However, Biblical TRUTH means very little to the believers of the Church of Rome. They possess their own standard of truth, which unfortunately come directly from YOU- KNOW- WHO. If my memory serves me well, I believe the Bible calls him the "father of all lies," and "The great deceiver." Unfortunately, Rome has embraced this YOU-KNOW-WHO, with open arms, since day one.

TRUTH and WISDOM have come together. These are two vital areas that Catholics can never venture into. WHY? Because Catholicism, is the invention of Satan himself, and he will not allow either TRUTH or WISDOM to take root in the Church of Rome. WHY? Because it would reveal to the world the falsehoods, lies and errors of Catholicism.

Mark, are you trying to make points with all your friends in Counterfeit Christianity?

It's hard to figure out what our Romish co-users of this forum are trying to pass off as the Ten Commandments, but Ian Paisley would agree with you on one point:

Rome's Perversion of the Ten Commandments .

Utter nonsense however that worshipping on Sunday has anything to do with the Jewish Sabbath!

Does God require Sabbath-keeping of Christians?

http://www.gotquestions.org/Sabbath-keeping.html

One of those many rhetorical questions I keep posting! The answer is obvious to any Christian of course.

Did Constantine change the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday?

"Yep! As I said: Ambrose and Mark make a lovely couple."

That is an interesting comment St. Augustine.

But it does not address the very legitimate issue brought in the thread.

The Catholics have officially thrown out two of the ten commandments as a part of their official dogma.

Why did they do that?

How do they justify that?

Address the real issues please.

Is that how you truly feel inside Ambrose? It is okay Ambrose to express how you truly feel,do not worry it will not make you less of a man. So go ahead and cry....let it all out.

The "serious issues" that I suffer with is trying to understand why anyone would voluntarily be a member of the Catholic faith after flaw after flaw and abomination after abomination is proved out to you.

You are on a sinking ship that will not deliver you to Heaven in the end.

Have you got the hots for 80 year old men, or is this your primary method of endeavoring to smear a persons age? Either way, your a loser, headed for fire and brimstone, unless you experience a total Christian rebirth. Is it possible. The Bible teaches, that ALL things are possible with Christ. It may be possible, but in your case, not very probable.
