dogfight game / joystick help needed

logitec wingman extreme force 3D ,cant get gun funtion to work,gun only works with mouse,but on other games gun operates fine .what am i missing /doing wrong.TIA

nevermind ,my son fixed the problem,which was in the application and editing of the gun function,now im gonna kick som butt
