The ability to control the climate with using "Underwater Suspension Tunnels" in deep western boundry currents such as the Gulfstream or Loop Current to upwell cooler subsurface water to the surface to regulate sea surface temperatures in order to regulate Earths climate if it gets to far out of whack. They have two phases to them. One is cooling phase and the other is non-cooling phase. Since Force 1 at tunnel inlet is greater than force 2 at tunnel outlet then flow will occur.Pascals principle is hard at work here. During either phase of operation the tunnels also convert kinetic enrgy into mechanical energy into electrical energy to produce 12 trillion joules of pure hydro electrical energy every seven seconds. Enough electrical energy to run the USA 4 times over thus eliminating greenhouse gasses. Computer modeling will show us how much to regulate the sea surface temperatures.If left in cooling phase for 4 days prior to a catagory 5 hurricane making landfall the now 70 degree water in the gulfstream will weaken the hurricane to a catagory 2 storm as it crosses the now cooler waters thus limiting the damage on shore. If used in the Gulf Of Mexico Loop Current the same effect will occur thus saving the gulf states and they will also prevent many tornadoes from occuring in the midwest and in the southeast. If left in cooling phase during the summer months the North Arctic ice will return to what it was prior to the industrial revolution. History Channel's Modern Marvels, "Weather Warfare" is an absolutely blow away show! It appears that governments around the world are already using weather control by heating the ionosphere and directing jet streams and pressure patterns in specific places. If this is true, a lot of things about our recent changes in climates suddenly make sense!
Show this episode again and again!
