The governor sealed the birth certificate? ALL BIRTH CERTIFICATES ARE SEALED. THE ONLY PEOPLE ALLOWED THE GET COPIES ARE THE PERSON WHO WAS BORN, HIS RELATIVES OR A COURT ORDER. Mr.;Berg's case was thrown out of court when he tried to get what he called an "an original certificate. which may or may not exist.

No, just right-WING, as usual. In Hawaii (and I presume other states) there are two types of birth cerificates. The one we are most familiar with is the "short form" which provides parent's names, time and place of birth, and race.
This is the one that you'd get a copy of if you requested your birth certificate.
Then there is the "long form" which is filled out at the time of birth by the hospital. It is also called the "vault" copy, because it is put into a vault and sealed.
And the "embarrassment " that Obama would have suffered (as he claimed in the Berg suit) is probaly that his parents weren't married. Yee-haw.
