Mysterious People who work for a secret organization as well as other branches of government organizations that deals with the unknown such as UFO's and Aliens... Are they Real? Do you belive them? Are they doing a good job?

They're doing a great job!! If only we could get them to not ride their buggies on the highway! Love that Amish baking though! 
Men in black that look and dress like the Blues Brothers? Yes, I think there are some like that out there. I also think there are plenty of intelligence agents running around too.
And they aint no saints.

You would think these supposed "Men in Black" would never be able to keep their whole life as an intelligence agent a secret forever. If the Men in Black were around, and they went and talked to these people who claim they saw UFOs, wouldn't one of these Men in Black have came out by now about what they know? As they say, the government is horrible at keeping secrets. Since these guys supposedly are part of the government, wouldn't they most likely be bad at keeping their work a secret too?
Since the government is generally terrible at keeping secrets (Watergate, for example), this kinda goes against both the common explanations of UFOs. If the gov't is keeping info about extraterrestrials from the American public, you would think it would have leaked out by now if they are so bad at keeping secrets. On the other hand, if these UFOs are top secret military testing, you would think this also would have leaked out by now. I don't know what to think of UFOs anymore, no matter how you look at it there is just always so much that doesn't add up......

Ummm, the MIBs are aliens, they are not humans, don't have families, don't work for the FBI. Read the descriptions of MIBs, then answer your own question.

There's no evidence, because they're all aliens, which is why they dont' talk about it.

I'm with CvilleDon here, this is where I draw the line. To say that the Men in Black are aliens that can take on the appearance of a human and come to your house and intimidate you into not talking about a UFO encounter.......that is an extraordinary claim. Since it is, for me and many others to believe it, you will need to provide extraordinary evidence in its support. I need something to hold onto with that belief, and until there is some kind of evidence of it, I'm staying right in the middle.
I'm not saying Men in Black don't exist; I don't know the answer to that. But when you make the claim that they are aliens disguising themselves as humans.....that's going too far in my opinion. There is absolutely no proof to make any logical person believe that claim. But if Men in Black do exist, I would probably guess they are human intelligence agents. But then again, I don't know.
What gets me about the Men in Black 'encounters' is, if these guys, dressed in all black and sunglasses (they would stick out like a sore thumb) were going around in their black Cadillacs to threaten people who saw UFOs into not talking about it, why are the people who the MIB talked to the only one who saw them? Why hasn't anyone saw them driving around in their black Cadillac, or just walking down the street? The whole thing just doesn't make sense, someone would eventually have to see them and think, "Hey, those guys look kinda out of place, I wonder what they are doing here?" The whole Men in Black thing just doesn't add up.

Lakota, what about the black helicopters?
I was visited again yesterday. While sitting in the yard I watched a black helicopter coming from the NorthEast along, up the valley toward my house. I hear copters over my house all the time, day and night, but I happened to be outside this time. As the copter came close and at low height, it seemed to see that I was there. It came to a stall, shifted left, then turned back right, tilting down toward me to take a look. It then circled my house several times, stopping to tilt toward me ever so often.
This is not new. They have at least twice before circled my house in these black copters while I stood on my deck.
I can never see any markings on these copters. They are relatively small.

Could be a couple of things. Where I live they have Black Hawks too. They periodically do maneuvers, the timing based off when their budget allows it. I have also heard National Guardsmen speak about how the pilots at times use civilians, unbeknownst to the civilians, as targets and objects in scenarios for the pilots and crew chiefs, etc., to use in practice.

I don't think these are blackhawks. These copters are smaller I believe. The interesting thing is that this most recent copter went back the way it came after its maneuvers over my yard. It did practice quite a few maneuvers by stopping abruptly, going left, right, and tilting down from both sides and while facing directly toward me. It circled left and it circled right.
Previously it circled overhead a half dozen times. If these are practice maneuvers I must be the only person they find outside.
Shouldn't it have some visible markings?

tiny helicopter with the "cab" shaped like an egg?
either way is sounds like special ops or special forces training. black helicopters practicing evasive manuevers flying low etc
as far as men in black are concerned, i believe it. the alien stuff no. the government bullying and interrogating it's citizens and telling them to keep quiet...yes.
too many instances where the people of the nation have seen something weird or anomalous and all of a sudden black suvs with men in suits show up almost immediately or soon after like they knew when and where the event would happen.
the ufo hunters show about california in 2008 is a good example. crash in the desert, multiple witnesses, military helicopters and heavy lifters show up and remove the object.
in a town nearby the black suits and trucks with gov plates show up and bully the people around about what they saw. too many examples of this happening after something weird goes down.
to me them concealing their identities and their actual jobs sounds actually pretty simple. it's probably just a "black" division of the FBI or CIA.

This is why the whole Men in Black/Black Helicopters thing falls apart.
If you wanted to get people to stay quiet, when why would you constantly be flying by or showing up? Why draw attention to yourself? Why do something that everyone could see and be witness to, and tape?
That just does not make any sense.
