I've watched all the Breaking Vegas episodes and this one is my ALL-TIME FAVORITE!!! I LOVE THIS SHOW!!! Does anyone else like it as much as I do? I'm so so glad the History Channel continues to air it! I even went out and bought the book to learn how to "BEAT THE DEALER" Ha!! Still working on that part!

I must admit it was a good show. I am not as into it as you are though. While I am not a fan of MIT or New England snobs it was cool to see them break the bank so to speak.

Worked 18 years as a casino manager for which nobody broke the bank of any Casino I worked in. Personally I saw a Saudi Sheik lose 21 million dollars on hand baccarat and he lost that hand as well. Another time during a Japanese visit table stakes above 125 million in one play and that would not have broke the bank.
In reality, morally I became very disgusted working in an environment that preyed on those who cannot or could not control gambling addictions. Rather than take these people out of the casino many continue to extend or offer credit lines.
Las Vegas is a great place to visit but the lifestyle within a city that never sleeps provides many issues in raising a family. Do yourself a favor and go to Hoover Dam or take a lake tour or just go fishing.
