I've heard so much about aliens being a part of 12/21/12. Do you think they are real?

No, because there is no real proof. Once they collapsed the theory of crop-circle of being human made..kinda let the cat outta the bag. Before UFO's there were monsters in man's imagination, now they are not werewolves but Aliens....since we have gone Hi-Tech. If there were Aliens would not more people have actually seen them and have pictures of them?

Aliens may be real but the physics of our world make our contact with them as statistically probable as you winning power ball next week. Some simple calculations you can make show that the impact time and distances in space are beyond our comprehension. A history channel show reviewed the impact of basics like E=MCsquared. Rearranging M=E/C2. Look up for yourself the impact of C2 in the denominator and plot a graph to show how it changes as you approach C2. Also people have been around for less time than it takes light to travel to most stars. So no one knows we exist. The star light we see can be billions of years old not the short time people have been around.

As a Christian, I think alien spottings are evil spirits. The two articles below offer some good explanations of why this might be the case.

Yes, they are real. If you look from a mathamatical stand point, and 1/100th of the planets in our general area of the universe are inhabitable, and 1/100th of those contain the building blocks for life, and 1/100th of those actual develop life, and 1/100th of those actually evolve to intelligent life there are several HUNDRED THOUSAND stars/planets with intelligent life just in our neck of the woods. This is mathamatical certainty.
Also, look at the fact that ancient people from all over the globe report, and draw, men in headgear, men in "space" ships(complete with fire beneath them) and men with wings, the answer becomes obvious.
Take into acount that even God mentioned Us and We in his description, through Moses, of the Creation of Earth. Why did God mention that the Sons of God breed with the Daughters of man? Is this a relation to the creation of Eve from Adam, or crossbreeding of species? Native American folk lore(North AND South American), Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and Norse mythology, ancient Chinese writings and really EVERY ancient tribe repeats the same stories time and time again, including the 4 "Great Floods", caused by "fires from heaven"(comets, mainly Proto Encke, Hale Bopp, and Haleys) in the early development of civilization, causing a mass exodus from Atlantis/Frisia/The Red Land/whatever you, or they, want to call it(interestingly, the ancient tribes of the Frisian islands give details of their homeland being destroyed and subsequently named the day of their destruction after their queen Fria. We still call it Friday). Where did these highly intelligent beings, with excellent skills of Navigation, Astronomy, Mining, and Culture come from? Were these in fact the Titans described in ancient texts, the Sea People that Ramses III fought off, the founders of Olmec culture in S America, and the fathers of life on Earth as the Western US Native tribes believe? Would this describe why ALL Southeastern US Native tribes have had members with fair hair and grey eyes, traits that are NOT found in any people of asian decent? Would this explain why so many ancient people give tribute to a fair skinned single survivor of a great flood and destruction of their home land founding their people?

To quote another history "bloger":
"The Mayans calendar revolves around the cycles that happen within this 25625 yr period of time. They believe that there are 5 cycles of 5125 years. if you want to put a religious spin on this you can just do the math. If you were to take our current calendar which is 2009 yrs old and subtract out 5125 it would take you back in time to 3116 BC, (give or take a year or two, LOL). This is the same 20 yr period of time that most every ancient civilization and religion was developed"

To embelish on these words, take 2012AD-5125=3113BC, the FIRST year of the Mayan calander. Also the date that culture started in Egypt(the 1st Dynasty), the first histories of Ireland and Britanny, the first histories of what is now North Africa and Spain/Portugal. Also the SAME year that Proto Encke came EXTREMELY close to Earth, most likely (and scientifically supported) having a large section of its tail "ripped" down to Earth by our gravity. Sounds like a mass migration from a cataclysmic diasaster at the center of the Atlantic to me.

Didn't mean to get all "Atlantis" on you, but the facts are there.
The answer just seems to be right in front of us the whole time. Go read Chariots of the Gods by Erich von Däniken, Survivors of Atlantis by Frank Joseph, or subsequent works, and you will have your eyes opened.

Does this, or could this, mean there is no God? NO. There must have been a First Mover to start the motion of the Universe, as well as starting life. Otherwise, you believe that life "just appeared" one day, and that is referred to as a-biology and was disproved in the late 1600's.

Having said that, can I prove they(aliens) exist? ABSOLUTLY NOT. It just takes a little faith......

I believe in aliens. Many people do not believe in aliens, but I believe that there has to be some sort of life on other planets. I don't think that this is the only planet that can have life because then universe is a very big place and we haven't explored the entire universe. I strongly believe that there is life at least in one more planet in this universe.
