Will the world really end on this date?

No the world will not end on this date. How do we know for sure? Because the Holy Bible tells us that the end will come suddenly, like a thief in the night, catching us unawares.

It is not the 'end' of the world, it is a shift...for example, the Hopi prophecies tell us that soon we will enter a new cycle in the life of the world...
Think about this:
Mother Earth provides us with homes, food, water, air, electricity, etc...what do we do? We tear down the walls, litter everywhere and take advantage of her (heck, we even think we have the right to buy and sell air, water, thunder, lightning, etc., like it is ours to do so with = human arrogance). Now what would a landlord do in that situation? He would evict us, make repairs and look for new tenants who will take care of the place...no different from Mother Earth...she will cleanse herself because she must, because we have driven her to that point and she will await the new tenants...that is the shift to happen on a specific date...we've been through here before and yet we still don't realize our mistakes...

God is in charge of mother earth. In fact God is mother earth since he created all things including nature.

In a sense, yes, but the result is still the same...you call him God, I say Creator...its all the same but different...
Its amazing to me that nobody remembers that we have been in this space before considering all of the clues, stories and prophecies from across the world that tell us of these things...
We have made the same mistakes as before and here we go again...will we never learn?

There is no evidence for reincarnation, in fact, the Holy Scriptures says its appointed once for man to live, and then the Judgment.

The Holy Scriptures apply to those who subscribe to that method of believing, but that is not the only Faith and so those scriptures do not apply to all

And you bring up an important point...judgment comes from above, but today, man judges each other like they have the right to...man judges that each man who does not have the same faith is wrong, man judges on the clothes others wear...in other words, man thinks he can judge and in doing so he insults the Higher Power on a regular basis...no wonder God or Creator or whatever one calls the Higher Power has had enough...

Actually, God decided to end the world back when the first man and woman sinned. A holy, righteous perfect God MUST judge sin. It goes against His holy nature. He CANNOT condone wrongdoing or just look away. His nature requires that he judge it and thus the world has to end.

that is how your end comes, but not mine...My Creator is not an angry, violent God who seeks to damn people...in my belief system, there is no end, only new a beginning.

Ultimately, we come from different worlds and we go to different places after, just as it should be

My God is not angry or violent. He loves us so much that he gave his only Son to die for you.

Sorry to disappoint you, but God's only son died for those who believe in that way...it is human arrogance to think that all must believe in the same faith, that in itself is judgment and I am under the distinct impression, based on your earlier post, that it is the role of your God to judge man...meaning man does not judge man...so aren't you playing God when you judge others?

Actually, Christians know its wrong to judge others, but we are human, imperfect and flawed. God doesn't desire that any of us should perish, but that all come to saving faith in Jesus Christ. If we desire to spend eternity without God, that's a choice we make.
God's Son died for the world, not just for believers in him.

You can have your God and all that he offers, meanwhile, I will be spending eternity with my Creator and my ancestors, as it should be...I certainly don't care to spend eternity with self-righteous individuals who think I have to live their life...but thanks for the offer anyway...
