SURVEY: Should the Health Care Bill include free medical care for vets?

Currently there is nothing in any of the four current versions of the Health Care bills under consideration by the House or Senate that involves the Department of Veteran Affairs. Should the final Health Care Bill to be signed by the President include a section that requires the Dept of Veteran Affairs to grant free medical care to any Honorably Discharged veteran upon reaching retirement age (62 for women, 65 for men)?
