The Judicial branch of the government The Supreme court
has only one function " To uphold the Constitution "
If it turns a blind eye to the Constitution in regard the Presidency and the person running for the office there of
( being a natural born citizen ) set a standard or "President " for every candidate running in future races ?
That tells me being a natural born citizen will not be a requirement because is not enforce.
By the supreme court not enforcing this qualification standard they a " president " that the ACLU could defend in future cases that may come up !
This will open the doors for not only Anchor babies but anyone at all .Citizen or not . to become PRESIDENT of The United States of America ! Your thoughts ?
